  • Can I cancel my subcription at any time?
    All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and further repayments will be cancelled.
  • Can I manage my subscription online?
    Yes! To manage your subscriptions and view your account, login to your account via the icon at the top right of the page. Here you can view/cancel subscriptions, view order history, manage your payment and update any personal information.
  • How do you deliver your beans?
    Orders made through third party apps such as Deliveroo and Uber Eats will be delivered through their drivers and riders. These can also be live-tracked through the respective apps. Orders made through our subscription services will be made through couriers to ensure you receive the coffee beans on time.
  • Is it possible to purhcase a subscription of more than 3kg per month?
    Yes! We can handle any quantity of coffee bean orders. Please contact us for a subscription quote and we will make sure to take care of you. These subscriptions can also be managed online like our other subscription packages. This is perfect for cafes, businesses and restaraunts needing large quantities!
